OneStone AI is a free desktop application. By downloading and using the software, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and written in plain language.

The Software

• OneStone AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• The software runs locally on your machine. You are responsible for your own data, backups, and the API keys you configure.
• OneStone AI connects to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) when you use chat features. Your use of those providers is subject to their respective terms.
• The software is free to use. We reserve the right to change pricing for future versions or premium features, with notice.

Your Data

OneStone AI stores data on your local filesystem. We do not have access to your data. You own everything you create with the software — conversations, memory, knowledge, routines, and any generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneStone AI and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service interruption, or costs arising from AI provider usage.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
